I love and hate this. I love that it is more Son Goku and Toriyama designs duking it out! That's awesome!! But why can't they make a new movie in this sexy art style? We needs more DRAGON BALL.

It's this special that Fuji TV did about Japanese historical drama characters or something. Basically, the tournament is supposedly "The World's Greatest Great Person", or something along those lines. So the announcer (some guy from Fuji TV) and Son Goku give commentary. That's what it is. Weird stuff though, I'll say.
